Learn how to trust the wisdom of your body. Move away from diets and food rules — and move toward reconnecting with your body. That is how you can improve your relationship with food once at for all, and I want to help you get there.

It’s time to set boundaries in a way that prioritizes your self-care — and stop setting boundaries around what you can or can’t eat. Diets are designed to take your full attention and keep you focused on food rules. They are designed to keep you disconnected from your body and the natural cues it uses to communicate with you.

When you work with me, I’ll help you learn how to trust your body’s intuition — it’s innate ability to tell you when you’re hungry or when you’re full. You’ll learn how to recognize those cues and trust yourself to nourish yourself.

Our work together will use science-based nutrition education and common sense practices to empower you to be able to discern what your body is trying to tell you. We’ll talk about real-life challenges you face when it comes to food choices. You will finally learn how to give yourself permission to eat the foods you enjoy — instead of feeling disappointed and ashamed for not having the “willpower” to avoid eating bread or sugar or whatever flavor of the month diet fads are banned. There is no such thing as good food or bad food. You will learn how to eat foods that you enjoy and also honor your health.

Reframe is a self-paced and online guided course. It offers real world tools used in nutrition counseling to help you build the foundation for reclaiming your relationship with food.
